We just got back from our first CytexOne Latin American Summit. It was held at the IFA Bavaro Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic from December 3 - 6. Martin Roseman, CytexOne's Director of Marketing was on hand to lead the event.
Peru is the starting point for CytexOne's expansion into Latin America. Peru is one of only two economies in this hemisphere (Brazil being the other) that has been steadily growing and did not go through an economic downturn. Construction is booming, and there's unprecedented growth in the mining (gold) and banking industries. Growth rates are comparable to Asian nations during their boom years. All this industrial growth needs IT, exactly the type of cutting-edge, real-time solutions that CytexOne delivers domestically. Expect to see the CytexOne logo on a variety of major residential, commercial construction, and corporate projects in 2010.Comments [0]
Every day, a little more progress...
The Showroom runs completely and successfully over fiber from our office rack upstairs. Some of the Vinyl Lettering has made it on to the outdoor sign and windows. The pamphlets are ready for customers. On a tech note,we also added another host with 16 Logical cores, 8 gigabit ports, and 72GB to our VMware Cluster. Thanks for running to the DataCenter today Patrick. Go CytexOne!Comments [0]

Technology specialist CytexOne, which is currently on the third floor of 50 Hudson (Duane/Thomas), is taking over the retail space next door (formerly home to Juniper 100).
Thanks, Tribeca Citizen!

Sometimes we set out to install a system so large and in charge that Gatto (our project manager) throws on his trucker hat and revs up the ol' C1 box truck. Patrick is sitting shotgun in the picture.
